I was stunned to see Lorimer park looking this gorgeous this past weekend. I had been there a few days before and it was nothing like this. It seemed the leaves had turned just for us, making this perfect shade of yellows and oranges. The weather and scenery were just perfect for this gorgeous family’s photoshoot. I had such a great time capturing their lovely smiles, and beautiful connection between each other. The girls are so sweet, and I was even able to capture some silly expressions! What a perfect late afternoon session.
I was so excited when Hellem told me I’d be photographing her new bump in the fall. I photographed her family a few times in the past, and I always leave our sessions feeling so light and full of good vibes. They are a beautiful bunch, and so full of love for each other. The way they treat their girls is so beautiful to see. I’m so excited for their new addition, baby Bernando. He is already SO loved!
I love photographing these guys. It has been a few times already, and I have I lost count. Here is our most recent photoshoot taken at their lovely home. I wanted to capture a little tiny bit of the tremendous amount of love these people have for each other, and for their newest addition, baby Aldrich.
I always enjoy the beginning of fall and the way the leaves turn into a beautiful shades of green and yellows before the oranges and reds come out. I love everything about fall, and watching the transition of the leaves is one of my favorite fall activities. I visited Lorimer park at least 10 times this autumn, and each and every time time I was able to notice the little differences that make fall so special. This session was done in the beginning of the season and the colors of the park are just amazing. It was so much fun walking around the park during a relaxing late day with this little crew. They were amazing to photograph, and so easy going. We had a wonderful afternoon with this gorgeous view to enjoy.
I photographed this beautiful family 2 years ago at Longwood Gardens (link here), and I was so excited when I heard from them again this year. This time around we chose their home for the session. It was a beautiful sunny day, with beautiful fall weather and my favorite photos are the ones on their front porch as you will probably be able to tell. They are such a wonderful, loving bunch. One of them had the giggles and had me giggling through the whole session, can you guess who it was?! Thank you guys for having me over.
A year ago around this time of the year, I was meeting the W family to photograph little Hanna during her first days of life. Even as a newborn, she was such a ham to photograph. She was so sweet and calm, and barely gave us a whine, as I remember. Now a year later I got to photograph her again, and once again she surprised me with how at ease she was with the camera. I photographed her, along with her lovely parents and awesome furry brother Marley, over at Core Creek Park during a beautiful late summer sunset. Everything seemed to align for these love filled photographs of them. I guess we can say that we had a pretty amazing time, even furry brother Marley seemed to enjoy this nice day at the park.
A few years ago I photographed Pamela for a special occasion (click here). She was graduating high school and heading to college to become a nurse. I was so excited when this summer Pamela (a now nurse, CONGRATS Pam!) contacted me about doing a session with her mom and siblings. She told me it was her mom’s birthday, and she and her siblings wanted to give their mom a photo-session as a birthday present. We decided to use Core Creek Park as the location, because of the beautiful sunset and view of the lake and it was a perfect choice. I loved to see how much they care for their mom, and how in tune they all were. Here are a few of my favorite photos from their session.
